Ok so my photoshops color is messed up,
its suppose to be white, but its like tannish and i want full white, but when i upload it, it turns white. its weird. help please.

moniter works fine and is brand new, it just messes up in photoshop... photoshop makes the white look tan..

Try going into Control panel and messing with appearance options somewhere.
Or NVidia control panel if that is your gfx card. I know somewhere you can/should be able to edit the display *contrast, brightness, and various other settings*

it hasn't anything to do with his gfx card imo
because it looks white on a website, but not in ps (on the same screen I guess)

Go to
View > Proof Setup > Windows RGB
I learned this in like 10th grade when it happened at school
