simply print out the image.. take a little piece of plastic and put it on the name.. move it a little and then take a picture.. continue this until you have appr. 20 pictures... then scan all the images and flip through them very fast in windows... do this while ur webcam is filming ur screen... in a video editing software cut out the sig so thats all there is in the movie... then convert it into a .gif file.. boom ur done
