Im supposed to merge 3 visible layers.. Then im supposed to duplicate it and then apply filter brush strokes to the duplicate..
However For some reason I cant select the brush strokes :/ (after the visible merg) I followed everything in the tutorial but for some reason I cant use it :/
Does anyone know why?
