you should just start looking through photoshop basic tutorials and later signature tutorials

best is yourube where u can see where to click

just search for signature tutorial

there's no such thing as in 100% detail and where to click, then you would just make the same sig... which is worthless, cuz you didn't make it yourself... you just have to follow tutorials and do the steps the best you can and experiment a bit...
