Question About Bordeless Sigs And My Ps - Topic

Pretty simple i would assume, looking to know how to create a borderless sig because i could not find it in the tut's section.

And also i see people with brush tool changible options and such like how to do anything iwth it but i cant find out how to do it on my photoshop... and i use Photo Shop Elements 7
I would assume that matters because back in highschool i used the actual PS: CS4
