Im pretty new to the site,(oct 09 joiner=nub)

anyway i have been playing around with photoshop cs2 for a while and can never seem to make a "cool" enough background for sigs, i only know about 3 ways to make backgrounds-brushes, smudging stuff and playing with the gradient/distort tools.(you can look at my gallery-i have a few sigs i have made up there) What other types of way are there to make backgrounds?

Also- in abstract sigs can someone explain the "C4d" stuff and how to manipulate the C4d's(if you can-i think they are 4D images?)

go to google find a c4d xD then use that c4d to make a background... that is put on the c4d and do stuff to it so it looks cool change blending modes, use brushes etc. hope u can understand a word i say

ok i got a question too, i can find and edit photos and images for backrounds just fine, how do i get them up on the site as a signature?

those are the ones i use.
you upload your image in a web compatible format ie. .gif, .png, .jpeg are the basics.
they will than provide you with some links. use the one like this.
