Topaz is a series of Photoshop filters that carry out various functions - smoothing, sharpening, noise reduction, etc.
It has a very distinct look when used incorrectly, as it almost always is, and it is generally looked down upon to overuse topaz on signatures.

To get topaz, you'll need to purchase it, although there is a free trial I believe.
Search Topaz Labs if you want to learn more.

Also, topaz adds MF, which is good when looking for uniques

Hmm I found my version of topaz for free ..

Maybe its another version / kind of topaz, but it has the exact same filters

All it is is a filter, I find it ugly & used way to much.
