i want to start making sigs.

whats a good program to use?

adobe7 photoshop or is there an easier one to make better quality sigs.

Adope Photoshop cs 3 or 4 :)

Or for freeware just download GIMP

Together with inkscape, gimp is just as good as photoshop for whatever you need it
