onto photoshop?

After you have downloaded the font go to your control panel, click fonts, and drag the font there and it will be put into photoshop.

this, or you can just download a font, then move it to C:\Windows\Fonts. it will install it then.
If you had photoshop opened during this process, you will have to restart photoshop in order to use it

another noob question where do you download a font?

some good sites are
dafont.com
and
1001fonts.com

ofc there are other sites too or you can look for the fonts from google.
