id like to know what photoshop i need and how i can do some plz :D

goto store or find it online
buy photoshop (i believe cs4 is the latest version, but any version will do)
install photoshop
open photoshop
file -> new
set it to 400x140 pixels
start adding sweet graphics

haha might not be much but thx i that helped me (tho i dont need to buy photoshop)
