You can try saving it as a .GIF, will lower the filesize but also the quality. It will develop the white "halo" around the edges, you can remove it by adding a temporary background behind all of your layers and fill it with a solid color (for your colors I would use Red) and erase the white. its a long slow process but it will work.

only other way is to try to download a png compression program, but they dont really work that great and most are not free.

Posterize it.

^ This, move the slider down until the quality starts to lower then move it back up a little bit

I really dislike Gifs now the only time i use them is with solid backgrounds, since i have a layer mask on it too it just ends up Cutting at the layer mask as a Straight / Which sucks...

Yea but posterize = lower quality too... i want to keep the quality aspect of it, im going to use it myself and just edit the name...

Ends up the same as a Gif

I.E.

<- .PNG

<- Gif... Just sucks...

I have tried a few of the Compression tools... not one of them took it anywhere near 70kb... lowest i got was 110

I just resized and its ended up 69kb...

But...

its 250 X 94 to get it under limits -.-

Your not going to get it smaller without losing quality, thats like saying I have 5 apples and I'm going to eat one and still have 5 apples left.
