Hey, i was wondering when brushing/smudgeing with a scattered brush, do use guys click and drag to smudge or click once and kinda like "Throw" the brush for the effect?

Wud like to know how the pro's do it:P

I'm no pro but I found a 'click and throw' worked best, just can't throw it too far

not sure i get what you mean, but i click and pull it where i want it, i.e to get a flow

You can also click a spot with the smug tool >> hold shift >> click to destination point. This will allow you to smug in straight lines for radiating energy/light.
