I'm trying to make an animated GIF that is made from a clip of a video off of youtube.
The only program that supports videos that I have here is Adobe premiere elements 4.0

Basically what I did, is I uploaded the video and edited it so then it's only the clip that I wanna make a gif of. When I go to export the clip as an animated GIF, it saves and all, but when I click on the saved file to see how the GIF looks like, it's just a still picture.

First of all, can I even use Adobe Premiere Elements to make animated GIF's?
Secondly, how do I export the clips then so that the animation works and I can upload it on photobucket?

Nevermind. I found out that if i uploaded it to photobucket, the animation will work. It just won't show the animation unless I upload it
