No this isnt for extended.
Just cs4. portable version.
Do I need a plugin for this? I dont have the 1 and 2 options that the example listed above refers to. :(

If anyone else needs to know how to do this, its really quite easy

Here are a couple of examples that only took about 1 minute each to do...lol
