I'm trying to make "shiny" text.

Everytime i'm gonna use the gradient tool to make the gradient stripe it says "rasterize first"

Can somebody help me please?

You need to make a new layer OVER the text layer. And press Ctrl + Alt + G. ^_^ Post your questions on topic, I'll answer. Do not pm me please. Thanks ;)
