I'm usin' ps cs3

I cut [used magnet cutting thing] out a picture and i dont know what to do with it... how can i put it in to a totally white backround... ?

I'm using the "magnet lasso tool"

Cus i dont know how to get the "unmagnet" lasso tool :(

So how do i get the cutted pic into a blank, new backround???

Use the move tool to drag the selected part to a new blank canvas?

Edit: you can get to new tools by pressing and holding on tools with a small arrow in the bottom right corner
