I wouldn't even consider these brushes something you'd have to download..theyre extremely simple , nothing fancy at all. made entirely with PS defaults, but download em anyway just to get the jist

just to give you an idea of how the first brush can be used:


^kind of a cloudy effect.

the other brush is the one i use for the shattery effect like here:


^ if you start your tag in a larger canvas, and size it down, the smudging will look much more smooth.

anyway, the point is: try making your own custom brushes to achieve some cool effects ..its not hard at all. play around with shapes etc. experiment! dont just whore these out.

could u post an image of all of the brushes so i can define the brushes cuz im using a photoshop thats to old for these brushes
