Topic.
I like photoshop elements 7 better than cs4.
But could you really make gg sigs off of it once you understand it??

Umm, you could, just not as easy but I'd go with cs4, you can do a whole lot more. Just adjust to it.

Just use Gimp

free and just as good as photoshop
