So I want to create a simple animation, and was wondering if someone could maybe write a brief Tutorial for me.

Lets say we start with a 20pt brush and make a "dot" on our image. We then drag a horizontal line. That's it, just want it to be animated, and I am having trouble with it...

So the first frame would be nothing, the 2nd frame the dot would start to appear, and the last frame would be a horizontal line.

Not sure why this is giving me such problems... but it is. Maybe I am also not explaining it well, I will try to post screens later after I get out of work.

it's kinda the same like adding glow to text.
google photoshop text glow animation and just do the same, but with the dot.
(btw, animations suck LOL)

i know how to do the text glow, and i agree, sometimes they look "cheesy"

but for some reason it isnt working well... not really sure why, it was late last night when i was messing with it (CS3) so that could have been why.

anyways, i'll post my result later when i get home.
