I have the file that I would like to use completed, but I want to add a snow effect. Can someone help me?
I know how to do this effect in Photoshop (using layers, add noise, add gausion blur, rinse and repeat), but I no longer have it due to a computer format.

Now I will use GIMP, thanks to your suggestion. After I have lunch and take my dog to the vet, I will try out the GIMP method. Thank you for your information.
