Can anyone tell me if this sig is legal size please. and how do you tell?

Yes that signature is legal; If the signature is less than or equal to 400x150 in dimensions and 70 KB in size. You can find that out by looking at its properties on your browser, or saving it to your computer and looking at its properties.
