I got portable or whatever and im gettin this error. I have never used PhotoShop Before

It means that your video card isn't good enough to allow photoshop to run GPU enhancements. Its not a big deal, you can still use photoshop the same way as eveyone else.

I would advise investing in a new video card though.

this exactly ^^.

CS4 is huge, and takes a lot of good stuffs to run properly. but def worth it!

(CS3 is a good substitute tho)
