im wanting to know how to bring out the color of just one part of a picture.

im trying to take a picture of my neice and turn it black and white, but still have her blue eyes blue

can anyone help me out? i figured out how to do the black and white thing alredy that was pretty simple lol

One way is zoom in.
Use the pen tool, or whatever part you want.
Make a selection out of the pen tool
Go to SELECT up at the top, Inverse
and bring the saturation hue down

i got into the saturation\hue and turn the vaule's down but it doesint bring the blue out?

im turning the picture black and white first as well. should i be doing that?
