How the hell does someone make this into a perfect render o.O so hard to see all of it

I tried and failed doing all of it, any suggestions?

Try to find a higher resolution version of the same image. Otherwise it's just zooming in and lots of tedious work with the pen tool.

Either they were very patient with the pentool, the eraser, or whatever extraction method they prefer (Extract tool, magic wand, combination of all these etc.)
Or they got luck and the image was easily extracted via channels and a little fine tuning.

Lol, wait..is it already rendered (black background) or are you trying to render it? 0_o

How do I get it out of the black background without pen tool? Is there an easier way I am trying to ask

Oh, magic wand or color selection should do the trick.

i'm pretty sure when you sign up for planet renders you gain full access to images. you should be able to click on it, and it will enlarge+have a transparent bg~

seriously, sign up for planet render. You will get everything precut and in a higher resolution.
