Trying to add a glowing effect like this
Ive done it before on PS7

It works in Photoshop 7
But when i try it in Photoshop CS4 it doesnt work.
its a pain in the ass to try and work on a project, then switch to shitty ps7 to try and make a line
Heres a s/s to try and remove and possible questions

You just want the glow?

Right click on the layer, rasterize it if you have to. then select Blending options then go to Outer Glow, choose what ever color you want and change the variables.

you can do this in a lot of ways... one way is the way i've already suggested since it apparently didn't work for you, go into your brush settings again; click on shape dynamics; change the size jitter to pen pressure.
turn on smoothing
