I was using photoshop before this and it was all good, but today when i loaded it up and tried to type a text with size 12 into the box the text wont show up at all, even if i make it bigger/smaller changing colours, the text wont show and the little I icon that flashes when you type something is really tiny or isnt there at all?

Is it on the top layer? Also, try making a new text box and when making it be sure to stretch it out large enough for the text to fit

Yeah it was top layer and enough room was needed, anyways i figured it out, well i don't know what was wrong with it but reseting the text tool seemed to work
