I need to know how to make a picture look so that a characeter is pushing up on the screen making the screen bend... like pushing on plexiglass with the distortion and the lighting... im really lost anyone know how to help?

only the glas or the char aswell?

like the character is pushing on the glass distorting the image character an all... like if he was trying to escape, but not strong enought to crack the glass just kinda push it out a bit you know... and everything would distort with the bending of the glass cuz thats what we see... i hope i explained that well enough i just woke up and smoked a bowl

any idea anyone?
