u got just paint right?? if so u should be able to just copy the image and paste it then once u have done that click on text and then go down 2 the shapes and click on the second 1 to make the print bleed into pic its not that hard

right click on ss file and copy, then go to paint and right-click paste, it will automatically adjust the canvas size to the amount you just pasted in. From there, you can use the rectangle tool to select/drag/cut each part of the screenshot you want to keep.

Then just save as jpg and upload it into tinypic or photobucket in order to post it here.
