Photoshop is a great tool (I myself have it) but it costs an arm and a leg to get. GIMP is a free tool if you're interesting in going down that route, however in my experience there are less tuts and guides for that. Google either one and you'll find them

you mean cracked version? There are cracked versions out there of cs4 but imo it would be much better to learn to use Gimp than to hack photoshop. >.< Hacks are no good!

If you are a college student you can get a much cheaper version of photoshop if you absolutely must have it.
