There is no need for a tutorial on popout sigs, just delete the background and keep all the effects. Or after you are done, grab the pen tool, make a cool border, right click and make selection, 0 feather. Then after it makes selection do selection inverse, go to the background layers, and press "backspace" on your keyboard.
