how much would it cost to make a game that is not to graphic intensive, not to big... just like last chaos hopefully you have heard of/or played it or even like dialbo 2 like not to high on graphics but just a fun game...

Time : Lots of time. I guess it can't even be complete in a decent time frame as an hobbies.
