I want my photo not 2 MB but for example 200 B size , can be a bit smaller too like no 2,5k x 1,8 but 1,2k x 0.8k etc u knwo what i mean ;d

i did it :)

Gimp is easy yes! Resized photos from 2 MB to 300 KB and 90% quality , 80% quality is 1xx KB :) now i am editing photos ;d

In photoshop you can go File > save for web and devices and you can select GIF, JPEG, PNG-8 (I think 8 don't rember lol), PNG-24 and some other one and in those you can mess w/ the quality/size

for a decent free program.... Use Gimp or Paint.net both will give you some of the tools available on a commercial program, all for free.

If you have photo shop...

open the photo > ctrl+a > Ctrl+alt+I > choose size and save


you could also save it as a lower quality picture, or a more efficient file type
