i use photoshop i made an acc today when i find pics on google it wont leme make the image size that i want and how do i do graphic work on it blend i and make smoke and shit am i on wrong site

dude... calm yourself.. Q&A and Tutorials isnt viewed as much as other forums...
just copy and past the picture to your PS
then press ctr + T to resize the image
