been looking for a good tutorial on how to make stylish crystals in Photoshop, a tutorial im able to follow in Photoshop CS4.

Just crystals / Ice crystals. I'v found a few but but they haven't been that good. I have seen some people use different types of Ice cystals / crystals in signature, and it's awesome ^^

it works better on smaller images cant edit it tho
