is it possible to change a GIF file/picture to a JPG file/picture?

scanlines

look for a tut thats what there called

and to make a gif/jpg

save it as a jpg :P

alright thanks :)
but when i right click and save picture as.. it only lets me save as a gif or a bmp.

When you have saved the picture as a .gif, open it in photoshop, then save as .jpg

You can also use:

File - Import Video Files to layer - Type a " * " in the scrolldown menu - then select the .gif (If you have an animated file ofc)

Then pick the layer you like and to the method by Ivan94.

... when i try to open the Gif into photoshop it just shows up really tiny and completely blank....
im using Photoshop Elements 4... so idk if its something to do with the PS im using.
i cant even find animation on there... that would be helpful to know where that is if anyone could tell me :P

Or.. you could just open the picture, and re-save it as a jpg.. LOL?

File > Save as > Select JPEG as format
