how do i make the background of a sig transparent and not just the same color as the posts

If you're in photoshop you can usually use the background eraser tool. It depends how clear the image is. If the bg color blends into the picture, it might delete some of the pic, if thats the case you're gonna have to pen it out.

i dotn even have the background anymore...
so its just the sig...
and wen i save it as a JPEG and go to Imageshack.us
it shows up as a white bg...
