idk where to find my "splatter brushs" haha
i have Photoshop Elements 4
and can you add more brushes to you ps?

yes u can, u go into adobe photoshop file and find the folder brushes and put the files into there, also here are some splatter brushes,

do i have to do it like im putting fonts into the control panel?
or is it different?

It's the same as fonts, except you have to go in your photoshop folder and find the folder named brushes ^^.
