Why wont my sig show... I spent about 30min on this and I have no clue why its not working...

You're not doing anything wrong dude, you just can't post images until you have 15 posts.

Once you get 15 posts the sig won't show up until you re-apply it.

Now that i feel a little better though id post so you guys could see my new sig:).

made it with cooltext.com google and paint.

my name seems forced onto it, anyway i could make it blend more with paint?

I'm pretty good with photoshop BUT
I'm pretty bad with Paint I can't make signature in paint I dunno how you manage to make the outerglow on your name with paint also

But again, I'm pretty good with photoshop so why should I come back to paint?
