i cant seem to add the waterdrop effect without everything but the render to go blurry...

Make sure you are selecting the correct layer. If everything except the render is going blurry, that might mean everything else is on one layer

yea it should all be on same, its gone through paint for resizing and then added a name and when i add waterdrop i cant even read the name..
