Open imageready.
Click on "copy frame" in bottom animation window - It's a small icon.
Then on the second frame, select the text/image you want to be fade in/fade out - Then put the opacity to 0%.
Select the "tween" button (4 diagonal dots on the bottom tool bar) - Then select the frasme number between each of the 2 frame you made.
Then copy a new frame, put the opacity to 100% again, then press "tween" button and put the frame number you previously used.
You got your fade animation!
