Put your font on a blank canvas. Pixelised it (Right click on the text layer then pixelate)
Copy the text layer once.
On the copy, applie those settings:
Edit - Transform - "Vertical Flip"
Blend option : Gradient (Black/White work great)
Lower the overall opacity of the copy.
Your text should now be reflect and look good.
