File/Import. Then type in the box (where you write down file name) and type :
* , press enter (It'll show all the file) then select the .gif and press ok on the new window that'll pop out.
If your video is from youtube or any other website, search on google "Youtube video download" and look for a program who import picture from the select timeframe of the movie, then incorporated them in photoshop,
