Ok how do u copy and paste a layer from one image into another one

use the non-fullscreen photoshop mode and drag and drop it.

im trying to put one image that i cropped out of another image and put it into my other picture
everytime i drap the cropped image on to the other picture it shows another layer was created, but it wont show

Did you click on the eye on the right hand side in that menu so you can see it?

yea, its automatically clicked when i drag the image on and it creates the new layer
