i cant seem to find a way to make it work on gimp.. anyone know how to do this/ a video to tell me?

u have to do it by layer lower ocupacity by 10% each time

ok wtf... i figured it out and i looked at it on gimp.. it worked.. saved it as .gif, uploaded it to photobucket and it didnt work.. thought it might just not work on photobucket.. put it as sig.. (supposed to switch between GT and D2jsp name) >_<
