How do i make a signature double framed, like Clone stamp tool 1/4 of the image and make a border right after it?

Just make a stroke around it like 4px then 2px, or do 2px then increase the canvas size and then 2px again ohmy.gif

No I mean like, clone 1/4 of the image so it's like a double bracket signature

Say I have this image:

And I wanted to clone a half of it, so its its got 2 different sided images in one signature. How would i put a border to the split in the signature?

you do this with a clipping mask. Simply use the rectangular marquee tool and fill the section you want the image to go into with white on a new layer. Then make a layer above that and go image -> apply image. Right click the applied image and hit -> create clipping mask. move it around to get what you want.
