Is there any tool or something?
i can show u the pic if you would like

you can easily do this with the smudge tool. Just take a round brush and set the smudge to 40% opacity or something and click and drag across there a few times lightly. You could also do this with the clone stamp or even the simple brush tool.

Okay, so this basically copies a section of the picture over a part you want. Select the clone stamp tool, select a soft brush, and then hit Alt. Your cursor should change to a cross inside a circle (or something similar, not in PS at the moment). Then click a place on the manikin with similar coloring to what you want the foot to look like while holding ALT. This will select the section you are "cloning". Then just click over the light reflections. This will probably leave a circle that's a little discolored. However, you can use the spot healing brush to fix this up pretty easily.

The clone stamp tool is usually used for removing larger things from pictures or filling in blank spaces if the picture is too small. It's a little bit of overkill for those few little spots of light. I recommend just smudging.

This helped alot, yea I think the smudging might work better, but i can see how this could also work.
