i'm trying to import this vid clip so i can make myself an ava
you know the whole video frames to layers deal right
but it just pops up as this wierd white screen and i cant see the video idk what to do this hasn't happened before to me

i fixed the problem by downloading a video converter and converting it to mpg fixed problem right up (see ava)

sometimes you need to be patient to get an answer.
