well I read the tutorial how to make my sig kb size smaller (the one using paint), but I have a problem with my sig, it gets really shitty and the transparency becomes crap. so could anyone make it lower than 70kb and still keeping at least as much quality it would look the same?

there is a better program you can use, its called "Infranview"
