Is there any real difference between Adobe's CS3 and CS4. If so what are they. I'm just trying to decide to upgrade or not. TY

I think CS4 adds some 3D stuff and probably a couple filters. IMO it's not worth upgrading if you have CS3

yeah, i had a cs4 and cs3. but it seems i prefer cs3 than the other. but we all have diff opinions.
