just downloaded some brushes but how to install them?
or where to put the abr data in?

unzip them (if they're zipped) and place them in:
My Computer -> C: -> program files -> adobe -> Photoshop -> presets -> brushes

Then hit "load brushes" in the brush pallette in PS and select them.
